As Fibar Hotel Zincirlihan, our sustainability policy that includes our social and environmental responsibilities in accordance with national and international standards;

  • To act in accordance with human rights in our relationships with all our stakeholders, especially our employees, guests, and suppliers, and to encourage them to be sensitive about this issue.
  • To work in compliance with laws regulating the protection of personal data.
  • We support the health and safety of our most important stakeholders, our employees, as well as their process of receiving quality vocational and technical training and invest in their development.

Occupational Health and Safety

  • To implement and develop preventive occupational health and safety systems in all our activities and to make this a lifestyle for all our employees.

  • To closely monitor and check the compliance with legal obligations regarding the health, safety, and working hours of our employees and business partners.

Guest Satisfaction and Safety

  • Our guests are our reason for existence. We believe that we can increase our competitiveness by ensuring guest satisfaction and thus achieve better positions in the markets we are in. Our primary duty is to follow up on guest complaints, inform our guests about the issues, and turn complaints into opportunities through resolution.

Children's Rights

  • We are aware that our future will be shaped by children. As Fibar Hotel Zincirlihan, we are against all forms of exploitation of children and oppose the employment of children under the age of 18 except for internships for educational purposes.   • For our guests who may have food allergies, our allergen codes are provided next to the dish names.

Respect for the Environment - Energy Saving

  • Being aware that our energy resources are limited, we track our consumption data daily to support lower energy and water consumption.
  • To reduce energy intensity through efficient resource use and to reduce greenhouse gases resulting from our activities.
  • To increase the use of recycled materials.
  • To take measures to reduce all waste, including wastewater, and to dispose of it in a manner that is compatible with human and environmental health.

  • We inform our guests about public transportation methods, bicycle routes, and bicycle paths available nearby.
  • We provide information to all our stakeholders for the protection and promotion of our cultural and natural world heritage.
